Valentina Toro

Valentina Toro, born in Medellín, Colombia, was inspired by her father, a talented illustrator and teacher. Growing up watching him create animals and characters, she decided to pursue illustration. After studying graphic design and earning a Creative Writing degree, she began publishing her own books in 2013. Passionate about picture books, especially classics, Valentina has illustrated many and collaborated with talented writers from around the world.
