Susie Hammer

Susie Hammer is a graphic artist and vegan from Warsaw. Out of love for nature and with the intention of spreading awareness, she organised a non-profit project called ’No Planet No Fun’, dedicated to the environment and climate change, together with a group of artists from Barcelona. Her work is dedicated to young audiences and can be found on paper, textiles and as a wall art. Susie is also the author of over 30 publications in 14 languages. She used to combine her job as an illustrator with work with children, conducting workshops and teaching art at school, which she considers a very enriching experience for her creative work. She had an opportunity to design and create a space for exploration and play for kids at the Contemporary Arts Centre in Murcia, where the illustration went beyond the frames of two dimensions.She would love to illustrate a cookbook full of healthy recipes.
