Artist Feature: Vika Novitasari Aug 06 2024

Let's welcome Vika Novitasari to Yeon Agency! 

Vika was born in the beautiful town of Malang, Indonesia in 1991. She has been drawing as a hobby since childhood and became a freelance illustrator at the beginning of 2022.

Vika was previously a web programmer for an American company in Indonesia, and liked to practice drawing on her iPad between tasks... but don't tell anyone! She is now a self-taught artist. Vika became interested in children's illustration after reading so many wonderful books to her own kids. 

Vika loves to draw with pencils. Even though she now mostly draws digitally, she still gives her artwork pencil textures. She hopes that many children will see and love her illustrations, and that her work can help them develop their imaginations and learn valuable lessons.
