Nigel Chilvers

Nigel, from Aintree near Liverpool, studied Illustration at Wolverhampton University after completing an Art Foundation at Hugh Baird College. He transitioned from paper-based art to digital in 1997 and spent years freelancing in licensing, working on character-based books like Thomas the Tank Engine, Bob the Builder, and Noddy. In 2023, Nigel received the Gold Standard Selection in the Junior Library Guild Collection.
