Ratra Adya Airawan, commonly known as Aira, was born in Malang, Indonesia. He is passionate about illustration and has worked as a professional illustrator since 2016. Aira enjoys exploring various media, both digital and traditional, to evolve his artistic style. Aira holds a bachelor's degree in psychology which enhances his understanding of human behavior and emotion, and he incorporates this insight into his artwork. Known for his use of dark yet vibrant colors, Aira creates striking and memorable visuals. His work spans children's books, editorial pieces, magazines, and book covers. In addition to illustration, Aira is interested in animated films and music, which inspire his creative endeavors.
