New Artist Feature: Bianca Anton Sep 13 2022

We are happy to debut another new artist, Bianca Anton ! 

Bianca was born in 1994 and grew up in Ditrau, a small town in Romania. As a child, she loved to explore everything, from snails dozing in the grass, to the hills which she climbed to admire the majestic mountains. She studied at the George Enescu University of Fine Arts in Iasi and strengthened her knowledge of children’s books at the University of Fine Arts in Vigo, Spain. Bianca now lives in Brasov and works as a freelance illustrator for various publishers in Romania. She is also a member of the Romanian Illustrators Club. Although Bianca mostly works digitally, she is not afraid to work traditionally with gouache, pencils, and watercolor. Regardless of the subject, she always adds a dash of playfulness and delicacy to her work. When she’s not illustrating a story, she loves to ride her bicycle, play with her two cats, or try different recipes in the kitchen
