"Josep Mª Juli Garcia (Julilustrador) was born in Arenys de Mar (Barcelona, Spain) in June 1, 1974. He studied comics at the JOSO school for two years, but soon realised that he expressed himself better in the children's illustration world. It was then that he decided to study illustration at the "Pau Gargallo" art school. He worked as a graphic designer for quite sometime, until one day he felt the urge to dedicate himself completely to illustration. Since then, Juli has worked for a variety of publishing houses, toy companies and advertising agencies all over the world."
