David Kristian Thio

David Thio, born in Cianjur, Indonesia, is inspired by the mix of cultures and mythologies from his hometown. He loves illustrating stories that introduce these cultures, as well as fantasy tales. After graduating in 2014, he worked as a t-shirt designer and caricature artist before becoming a children's book illustrator in 2017. Since then, he has illustrated 17 books. David is also a content creator on YouTube with his channel, Dilectum.
