Christina Kavourinou is half Greek, half French, born and raised in
Greece. She started studying art in her twenties but had to give it up when she became a
mother and started a family. Since the birth of her children, her art has changed: she found herself drawn to children’s books and began her work as an illustrator.
She always works digitally because she can get richer and brighter colors that way. She has worked with many publishers in Greece, where she lives, and many abroad. Her favorite project is the The Rain Monster, published in Greece, which she co-created with her husband.View Full Bio
