Anna Jones is a self-taught illustrator from Tukums, Latvia. She was adopted from there in 2007 and has resided in Maryville, Tennessee, USA ever since. Her love for illustration began as a child. She was inspired by the life around her, often drawing people, animals, and even her own toys. As Anna grew, her love for illustration grew with her. Anna received a degree in graphic design and went on to work in the graphic design industry for three years. She works digitally using procreate, and her work is inspired by nature, fantasy, and people. She loves lush colors and rich textures. Some of her previous work includes puzzle illustrations for Trevell, illustrations for Tabatha Hull's picture book, Mercy Gift: A Kingdom Tale of Redemption, and promotional illustrations for Sarah Hogle’s book, Old Flames and New Fortunes. When not illustrating, Anna loves to bake sourdough goods, run long distances, and spend time with loved ones. She is married and has a sassy tabby cat. View Full Bio
